Wouldn’t the machine “inhaling” so fast result in a higher burning temperature and more tar than normal? Also, the machine inhales the whole thing without taking any breaks like a person would. I wouldn’t be surprised if the amount of tar taken into the lungs is a small fraction of what they showed.
