I’ll never forget the date I finally quitted smoking for good after having read the book «Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop smoking» because it was on the 9th day of the 9th month of 2009 (3 days after I quit I realized the coincidence of the date numbers : 9-9-09, to my amazement). I never was able to quit before that, and? I did not find it hard to do so, this after having smoked for 37 years.

I would like to thank my kid sister Michelle for giving me the book in 2009.

@Kode253 YES!!! Get the book (Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop? Smoking). I quitted easily after having read it 2 years ago. The book costs less than 3 packs of smokes, where I come from anyway (it must be around $11 canadian now for 1 pack). God I’m so glad I quit.
