Electronic Cigarette Free Trial – Enjoy Smoking And Don’t Die From Cancer

Let’s see what the electronic cigarettes are and where you can get an electronic cigarette free trial. First, let’s see what this revolutionary divice is. The patented Electronic Cigarette offers to effectively simulate the experience of smoking an actual cigarette, without any of the health or legal issues surrounding traditional cigarettes.

While Electronic cigarettes look, feel and taste much like traditional cigarettes, they function very differently. The device takes the form of a tiny rod which is slightly longer than a normal cigarette. The mouthpiece of the device contains a replaceable cartridge filled with liquid. The main substances contained in the liquid are nicotine, propylene glycol, and optional flavours or aromas.

When the user inhales through the device, the air flow is detected by a sensor. A microprocessor then activates an atomizer, which injects tiny droplets of the liquid into the flowing air and vapourises the nicotine. This produces a vapor mist which is inhaled by the user. The addition of propylene glycol to the liquid makes the mist better resemble normal cigarette smoke. The microprocessor also activates an orange LED at the tip to simulate real smoking.

In plain English: Electronic cigarettes allow you to get your nicotine fix while avoiding all of the cancer causing agents found in traditional cigarettes such as tar, glue, hundreds of additives, and hydrocarbons.

-No Tar.

-No Smoke. “I feel better. I have noticed extra energy and stamina since I started alternating between e cigs and regular cigarettes. I guess I am getting less of the ‘bad’ smoke and can feel the difference! Jerry G., Newport, RI”

-No Tobacco. “Mom is happy! She has been asking me to at least cut down for years. I smoked an e cigarette right in her kitchen! Her immediate angry reaction at what she thought was a cigarette turned into a giant smile when she realized it wasn’t ‘real’!! Tommy D., Hawthorne, NY”

-No Smelly Clothes or Furniture.

-No Ash.

-No Carbon Monoxide.

-No Yellow Teeth or Bad Breath. “It doesn’t stink! I am single – and let’s face it – smelling like smoke and cigarette breath can be a major turn off! No more sneaking a cigarette followed by the perfume/breath spray maneuver! Jessica P., Gainesville, FL”

-Smoke Anywhere You Want “’Hey! What the heck is that?’ The airport security agent asked when he opened my smart smoker box. I held one up and smoked it! He said ‘Wow! I can’t smell anything! Go ahead!’ Jacob L., West Palm Beach, FL”

When will they ban electronic cigarettes?

With nicotine now classified as a drug, will the government crack down on electronic cigarettes as a drug delivery vehicle?  That would be a pity because, like it or not, some people just can’t quit smoking.  Shouldn’t the goal be damage control?  It’s not like millions of smokers are just going to quit overnight so unless the objective is to create a lucrative black market, the electronic cigarettes trade should remain un-regulated.

Electronic cigarettes are not perfectly safe because nicotine is a dangerous, highly addictive carcinogen, but they are better than smoking tobacco.  The smoke that comes from regular cigs is 400 degrees hot when it blasts into the smoker’s lungs.  Surely getting rid of that is an improvement, not to mention that cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide and a witch’s brew of toxic chemicals.  How could electronic cigarettes be worse than this?

If the government decides to make these things effectively illegal, it will be one of the dumbest things they have done since the invasion of Iraq.  Nothing seems to stop the government from doing the dumbest things it can dream up, unfortunately.  Plus, electronic cigarettes represent a real threat to the established tobacco industry which is still very powerful.  I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to kill this serious competitor.

Tobacco CEOs call their favorite congresspets and get the ball rolling.  Somebody puts pressure on the FDA.  Lobbyists on K-Street do battle in the trenches.  Before you know it, you’ve lost a little more of your freedom to choose a product that costs less and does less damage than their product.  That is how things work.  That, frankly, is why you can still buy liquor and regular cigarettes but you can’t buy marijuana.  (Will the editors allow this scandalous statement?)

Anyway, I really hope there is still some sense of decency and sanity in the halls of power because it would be a shame if this great product were to vanish.  Some people just can’t quit smoking, and we should try to limit the damage.

In case you’re wondering, I know a great place to buy electronic cigarettes.

Conquering the Fear of Quitting Smoking

The addiction to nicotine is the world’s single most dangerous epidemic, and also, the most preventable.  Billions worldwide are addicted to nicotine, and many will try to quit dozens of times without success.  In this article, I hope to shed some light on the facts about your addiction, and also some ways of coping with the uncomfortable side effects of cessation.

Making the decision to quit is the easiest part, but actually putting down the cigarette and lighter can be a seemingly impossible undertaking.  It is understandable however, for smoking has been there when you needed it most.  When you are bored and waiting around in public, or stuck in traffic, or even getting off a long flight, the cigarettes are always there for you, easing the tension of daily life.  The first question I would like to present you with is this: “Does the actual act of cigarette smoking remove any stress from your life permanently?”  Permanently is the operative word there, because although cigarettes may distract you, they only serve to delay feelings of stress and anxiety.

Many people fear quitting for various reasons, and I will now address some of the more common concerns that those quitting are faced with, while laying out the facts for you.

1. “I’m afraid if I quit, I will gain a tremendous amount of weight!”

Weight gain is generally caused by your body trying to counter balance the loss of one addiction by replacing it with another.  When you smoke, the nicotine releases the blood suger from your pancreas into your blood stream, so when you quit smoking, you will begin to eat more regularly.  Keeping an eye on your diet and maintaining an exercise program can counter balance this symptom.

2.”The anxiety is simply too great, I need cigarettes because the withdrawal is unbearable!”

While the withdrawal can be very uncomfortable, bear in mind that these physical symptoms are very short term, and will only last for 3-7 days.  You have tricked your body into thinking it required something which it does not, so the discomfort is your body readjusting to a non chemical dependent status.

3.”How will I deal with stressful situations without cigarettes?”

Naturally, you have tricked yourself into believing that cigarettes help you deal with stress, but think back to before you were a smoker(if you can.)  How did you deal with stress?  Are you now, as a smoker, less stressed than you were before overall?  I can make a bet that most of you dealt with the same amount of stress before you were a smoker as you do now.

After addressing these concerns, the only way to quit smoking is to simply stop doing it.  As simple as it sounds, that is the truth.  There are many options and aids to help you quit smoking, but in my experience, the all natural method (no patches/gum) made me feel healthier, and actually helped me to stay quit much more effectively than common anti-smoking products.  Good luck to you in your life changing decision to quit, and look to your local department of health for further information.

Surefire Ways To Stop Smoking And Get Rid Of The Addiction Once and For All

Quitting your smoking habit is always easier said than done. The initial week is often the most difficult stage in the process due to the withdrawal symptoms that an individual had to contend with. Knowing about the most effective methods to quit smoking will therefore provide you with the most powerful tool against an ensuing addiction.

First and foremost, you need to trust in yourself that you can succeed in quitting; if not, then you will eventually go back to your old habit.

To make it easier for you to overcome this challenge, come up with a set of rewards that will keep yourself motivated. If possible, you can list it down so you can get a visual and constant reminder of why you are choosing to quit this habit. Read it daily so you can be guided or seek for support from friends or family to remind you about the need to stop smoking.

Determine a quit date that you must work hard to meet. This will enable you to work on it efficiently instead of always putting off your efforts since you cannot resist having a cigarette stick. If it is more difficult than you might have anticipated, there is nothing wrong about consulting a professional physician or psychologists to overcome the physical and psychologist barriers to your objective.

For a healthier approach, you can not just quit smoking and still adapt an unhealthy lifestyle pattern. Make sure to develop an exercise program that will relieve all stress off your body and regain vitality that were damaged by years of habitual smoking. About 30 to 40 minutes of daily exercise in 3 to 4 times a week should be enough to rebuild your health.

Since smoking directly affects your respiratory system, you can regularly perform deep breathing to boost your lung capacity. Approximately 3-5 minutes of deep breathing exercises on a daily basis should be enough to work out your lung muscles. When you couple this with visualization, it will further reinforce your focus on imagining yourself as a non-smoker.

Practically speaking, you must gradually cut back on your smoking habit while you do the above steps. One thing you need to learn is that abruptly quitting smoke won’t do since it will only trigger nicotine cravings. So, do this gradually to give your body a time to adapt until it no longer craves for cigarette. You can try using CiggArest, which contains natural herb Lobelia inflata as a substitute for the highly-addictive nicotine without the harmful effects on your body.

Like cigarette, it comes with calming properties that enables you to deal with stress effectively. This is most effective when used during the first couple of weeks upon withdrawal from smoking so your body does not feel deprived.

The goal to quit smoking is a difficult path to take for those who had allowed themselves to be taken over by their addiction. But if you begin taking measures to stop smoking effectively, you will soon begin to enjoy its rewards. Visit cigg-arest.info

Champix: Quitting Smoking the Natural Way

Thousands of smokers, both chain smokers and occasional smokers, have admitted that given a chance, they would quit smoking, but they still go back to it because it is very satisfying as an experience. Occasionally, several smokers have described the habit of smoking as reaching some sort of aesthetic nirvana, while others have called it a habit which is hard to break.
There are people who have tried to quit over and over again, but have fallen short of their willpower and gone back to it. Several women have complained that they ran fat after they quit smoking, so they resumed keeping the tummy tucked firmly in by going back to their faithful cigarette which never really left there side for long.

There are plenty of reasons to quit smoking. But the willpower is a very strong factor. And this is where a lot of people lose out, because, artificial nicotine craving redactors are not very difficult to find, but they do not essentially do much to reduce smoking.
However, now there is a natural way to quit smoking, without bilious side-effects, or instant weight gains, or recurring break-away from the habit. Champix, presented by Pfizer in 2006 is a wonderful drug which directly affects the smoker to reduce his habit of smoking. The drug works by reducing the satisfaction that nicotine pours into the system of the person concerned. It consists of varenicline, which helps in reducing nicotine craving.

The system of smoking works very simply. Over time, the body gets accustomed to the introduction to nicotine, and gets a surge of hormones through the system when nicotine is poured into the body. That is why the body craves nicotine when it is deprived of it for a while. So, by reducing the craving for nicotine, without introducing it to the body, Champix effectively reduces the need to smoke, and this is done through a natural drug, which is nicotine-free.
The drug also fights withdrawals that one might suffer from when cigarettes are not available. Champix also effectively reduces the making of dopamine, which aids in giving the person the illusion of happiness when he smokes, and so, cigarettes no longer make the user feel happy, or content, or satisfied. This way, the smoker is led out of the path of smoking and into a healthier and safer lifestyle, where he can leave the harmful habit behind him.

Electronic Cigarette – Learn How to Quit Smoking Without NRT

Electronic Cigarette

Tobacco use is one of the most enslaving as well as unsafe habits that you can end up with. There are various products and solutions these days that will help you defeat the cigarette-smoking dependency. Once you’re willing to quit smoking cigarettes, one of the first things you should do is to learn how to do it without resorting to NRT, also called nicotine replacement therapy.

Nicotine replacement therapy has several negative aspects which might be dangerous for you. You can find many other alternatives that will remove your dependence more effectively and aren’t damaging to your whole system. These choices might even enhance your overall health and well-being.

Nicotine replacement therapy comes in numerous varieties, like gum, lozenges, patches and also atomisers. Each of these variations will supply nicotine to your body without the unwanted effects of tobacco use. Unfortunately, nicotine replacement therapy contradicts the primary objective with regard to quitting tobacco use: your entire body certainly doesn’t require additional nicotine to get the job done. To get rid of the tobacco addiction, you’ll need to avoid nicotine in its entirety. This is the primary reason as to why nicotine replacement therapy solutions and products regularly fall short. Your purpose would be to eradicate your dependency, not exchange one particular method to get nicotine with another.

You should know that NRT is bad for you if you’re with child, nursing your baby or trying to conceive. Also, if you are battling any kind of cardiovascular disease, nicotine replacement therapy is detrimental and shouldn’t be utilised. Another unknown truth is that solutions and products like nicotine patches can present you with adverse effects, such as allergic reactions due to the nicotine pad’s other ingredients. For example, you can be sensitive to the adhesive on the pad, and nicotine chewing gum could be harmful to your teeth. Electronic Cigarette

If you want to stop smoking, there are a number of other strategies that do not involve putting in even more nicotine to your body. Chantix, a pharmaceutical alternative, does not raise your nicotine usage since it actually obstructs it. However, there are several recognised risks when it comes to the use of this specific medication, and it’s also costly if your medical package doesn’t cover it.

People who want to give up smoking could also utilize herbal treatments. Despite the fact that these aren’t authorized by the Food and Drug Administration, herbal treatments also don’t supply nicotine to your system, can include the minerals and vitamins your entire body really requires, and will minimise your interest in smoking cigarettes. A second beneficial element of natural treatments is the fact that these will set you back considerably less.

Herbal solutions can also be just like the products that you may be taking and will complement your overall health needs. These methods infrequently have any adverse reactions, but it’s wise to speak to your doctor ahead of utilizing any plant-based treatments.

It is feasible to give up smoking without needing NRT. Many individuals have reported that all of these alternate approaches are far more successful, and it is always beneficial to select alternatives which are far less detrimental. Electronic Cigarette

Quit Smoking – Prepare To Succeed

For many smokers the desire to quit smoking is strong…yet it seems no matter what they do, they just can’t seem to break this devastating habit. The inability to quit smoking causes many to privately belittle themselves and curse their seeming weakness.

For others it seems they simply wake up one morning and decide to quit smoking. What makes the difference in these people? Is someone who decides to quit smoking like this a stronger person than the one who has yet to become a non-smoker? Let’s evaluate.

First off, most people even smokers don’t really enjoy smoking. For some the nicotine addiction is strong. Nicotine is very addictive, and breaking this addiction by not smoking can be very trying and difficult. Even after months have passed, there are those who will start smoking again. So, if you’re one who has yet to quit smoking don’t berate or belittle yourself.

By the same token, don’t give up on the idea to quit smoking. Yes, nicotine is addictive, but it is an addiction that can be broken. There are several aids available to help you quit smoking. There’s gum, there’s patches, and there’s even inhalers containing nicotine, that will gradually help you wean yourself from the addiction as you quit smoking. All of these aids do have merit.

One component is mandatory if any of these aids are to work for the person that has previously tried to quit smoking and failed. This component is your attitude. Before you even begin the actual process to quit smoking, you will most likely need some adjustments in your attitude. If you prepare yourself before you actually quit smoking, your chances for success are much better.

The way to begin to prepare yourself is to come to certain realizations. First off, you can’t quit just because someone told you it is bad for your health. You can’t quit because your significant other wants you to quit smoking. Most likely fear is not a good motivator for you either. You’ve developed a strong will to continue, even though you berate yourself for it.

Thus, for you the decision to quit smoking must be accompanied by a will that is just as strong, if not stronger than your current will to quit smoking. Many processes and plans have been developed by different organizations to aid you in this process.

Most will tell you to set a quit date at least 10 days out, and don’t actually stop smoking until your quit date. It’s also advised that “cold turkey” is the most successful quit path. During those days before your actual quit smoking target date, you are mentally preparing yourself to be free from smoking. This must be a strong decision that only you can make for yourself. No one else can do it for you.

To lead you to the strength you need to effectively quit smoking, you’ll need to evaluate yourself and the real reasons behind why you are still smoking. This is not an easy task for many, but once they’ve listed all the true reasons, and have adopted the mental attitude to replace smoking with other things that will provide better benefits, the task of quitting becomes much easier.

Once your quit smoking date arrives, you may want to use some of the aids discussed above to improve your success rate. The point is that if you’ve properly done your preparation beforehand your opportunity for success will be greatly improved. Remember, the mind and body thrive and accommodate whatever substance you give it. Be sure to feed both the mind and body only positive substance and the results will be positive. You can quit smoking.
