The “Quit Smoking Today” program is without doubt the easiest way available to
kick those evil cancer sticks out of your life for good. It eradicates the
usual problems that are associated with quitting smoking such as cravings,
short temper, hunger and weight gain. Quit Smoking Today is so successful
because it overcomes your desire to light up.

The “Quit Smoking Today” program will work for you just as it has for many
others who have now quit smoking for good. Are you tired of trying to stop
smoking by using patches, gum, sprays or pills that fail every time? I know
from personal experience how hard it is to quit smoking. After trying to quit
numerous times I tried this product. I was skeptical at first, but it really works.

<noindex>Quit smoking Tips</noindex>

Accepting the chronic side effects of smoking, no doubt that many smokers are looking for easy ways to stop smoking. But the warning must be given, if you have been smoking for several years, you’ll definitely find it hard to kick the habit. The nicotine found in cigarettes is highly addictive and makes quitting extremely hard.

Quitting smoking needs tremendous sacrifice and commitment from the smoker in order to win over the power of nicotine addiction. The smoker itself must really want to cut the deadly habit and they must act on it in a timely manner. You cannot quit smoking if you’re going to put it off time and again – you must do it at once. The largest success rates of smoke quitters are those who decide to quit cold turkey.

<noindex>Quit Smoking Tips</noindex>

Luckily, there are easy ways to quit smoking that you can try to help you kick off the habit. Some of these ways may work well with one person but completely useless for others. You should find ways that suit you best and work with it.

Trying to quit smoking own your own can be next to impossible.I know that I
needed help when it come down to finally stop smoking.

While there are no easy ways to stop smoking, there are methods to help you
beat your nicotine addiction. Many people like you think they should stop smoking cigarettes but find it too difficult. The reason for this is because there is a physiological basis of nicotine addiction as well as a psychological basis of nicotine addiction.

While some of the most popular methods only deal with the physical addiction
to nicotine, the best stop smoking aids deal with both causes of addiction.

When a relationship involves both a smoker and non smoker, many times smoking
will end up becoming a big issue in the relationship.

A non smoker usually has a hard time dealing with the smell of smoke on
clothing and in hair. They may also complain that kissing a smoker is like
kissing an ashtray.

A non smoker may also make many attempts at getting a smoker to quit, which
can result in resentment. It’s important that a couple who may be struggling
with these issues seek professional guidance in resolving the issue which
should result in the smoker quitting

Even if you have attempted to quit smoking a few times in the past with no
luck, do not lose hope. It only means you just haven’t found the specific
method that will work for you. Below are unique tips to quit smoking. Try
them and there is a very good chance that at least one of them will help you
to quit.

Remember that there is no such thing as quitting smoking forever. Every ex-
smoker is able to celebrate freedom from the addiction like one month free
from addiction or one year milestone, but you can’t celebrate “quitting
smoking forever”, so it’s good idea to rejoice for every smoke free day.

After trying to quit numerous times I tried this product. I was skeptical at first, but it really works.

While there are no easy ways to stop smoking, there are methods to help you beat your nicotine addiction. Many people like you think they should stop smoking cigarettes but find it too difficult. The reason for this is because there is a physiological basis of nicotine addiction as well as a psychological basis of nicotine addiction.

While a few lucky smokers can quit smoking cigarettes by going cold turkey, most people require a more complicated way to stop smoking. A solid stop smoking plan will include a quit date, the help of your family and friends, the understanding of the challenges that you will face on that date and beyond, getting rid of all tobacco related items from your home, car, and work place, and speaking to a doctor about treatment for nicotine addiction.

<noindex>Quit Smoking Tips</noindex>

* Cigarette smoking has been identified as the most important source of preventable morbidity and premature mortality in the United States and the world.
* Smoking-related diseases cause an estimated 440,000 American deaths each year.
* Smoking costs the United States over $150 billion annually in health care costs.
* A 2004 Study by the CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion found that cigarette smoke contains over 4,800 chemicals, 69 of which are known to cause cancer.
* Women account for 39 percent of all smoking deaths.

Particularly alarming is the fact that more than 3 million young people under age 18 smoke half a billion cigarettes each year and that more than one-half of them consider themselves dependent upon cigarettes. The decision to use tobacco is nearly always made in the teen years, and about one-half of young people usually continue to use tobacco products as adults.

Studies determine that nonsmokers are adversely affected by environmental tobacco smoke. There are 4000 chemicals in tobacco with 100 identified poisons and 63 known drugs which cause cancer. The most talked about drug in tobacco is nicotine. Nicotine is vasoconstrictor and a nerve toxin, it has been classified as a class I insecticide. Other poisons include: Arsenic, Cyanide, Formaldehyde (used to embalm bodies), Ammonia Bromide (a toilet cleaner )- Ref. 1. Each year, because of exposure to environmental tobacco smoke, an estimated 3,000 nonsmoking Americans die of lung cancer, and 300,000 children suffer from lower respiratory tract infections.

The Quit Smoking Today program is no doubt the easiest way available to get those horrible cancer sticks out of your life for good. It eliminates the usual problems that are associated with quitting smoking such as cravings, short temper, hunger and weight gain. Quit Smoking Today is so successful because it overcomes your desire to light up. I know that you want to quit smoking, maybe you just need a little help. If you want to stop smoking just follow the link below.

When it comes to smoking it is important to realise that there is no quick and easy method of giving up. However, there are some new ways to stop smoking which can allow you to overcome some of the side effects when quitting smoking or increase willpower, causing the struggle to give up to get a little less stressful.

Herbal non smoking aids can be used to replace nicotine in the body and allow you to cut down your nicotine addiction slowly but surely. The benefits of this have been seen by many people, but like many other stop smoking aids, it does not work for everybody.

Hypnosis can allow you to interact with your senses by using positive affirmations and suggestions and enables you to deal with all the emotional and psychological aspects of smoking rather than the physical effects, meaning that once you have given up, it should stay that way.

Drugs can be obtained via prescription as a last resort to stopping smoking. This can include antidepressants which can reduce the smoker’s interest in cigarettes. However, due to being such new treatments, the long term effects of a few of these drugs are not yet known.

Inhalers and sprays are now being made widely available to help smokers give up due to their ability to clear clogged nasal and throat passages, a common side effect when quitting smoking.

Subliminal messaging can be used to align your subconscious mind with your conscious goals and therefore greatly increase willpower. A subliminal stop smoking CD can be used as an alternative to other smoking aids and significantly reduce cravings, allowing you to give up smoking in a slightly easier way and help you to quit forever.

Quitting your smoking habit is always easier said than done. The initial week is often the most difficult stage in the process due to the withdrawal symptoms that an individual had to contend with. Knowing about the most effective methods to quit smoking will therefore provide you with the most powerful tool against an ensuing addiction.

First and foremost, you need to trust in yourself that you can succeed in quitting; if not, then you will eventually go back to your old habit.

To make it easier for you to overcome this challenge, come up with a set of rewards that will keep yourself motivated. If possible, you can list it down so you can get a visual and constant reminder of why you are choosing to quit this habit. Read it daily so you can be guided or seek for support from friends or family to remind you about the need to stop smoking.

Determine a quit date that you must work hard to meet. This will enable you to work on it efficiently instead of always putting off your efforts since you cannot resist having a cigarette stick. If it is more difficult than you might have anticipated, there is nothing wrong about consulting a professional physician or psychologists to overcome the physical and psychologist barriers to your objective.

For a healthier approach, you can not just quit smoking and still adapt an unhealthy lifestyle pattern. Make sure to develop an exercise program that will relieve all stress off your body and regain vitality that were damaged by years of habitual smoking. About 30 to 40 minutes of daily exercise in 3 to 4 times a week should be enough to rebuild your health.

Since smoking directly affects your respiratory system, you can regularly perform deep breathing to boost your lung capacity. Approximately 3-5 minutes of deep breathing exercises on a daily basis should be enough to work out your lung muscles. When you couple this with visualization, it will further reinforce your focus on imagining yourself as a non-smoker.

Practically speaking, you must gradually cut back on your smoking habit while you do the above steps. One thing you need to learn is that abruptly quitting smoke won’t do since it will only trigger nicotine cravings. So, do this gradually to give your body a time to adapt until it no longer craves for cigarette. You can try using CiggArest, which contains natural herb Lobelia inflata as a substitute for the highly-addictive nicotine without the harmful effects on your body.

Like cigarette, it comes with calming properties that enables you to deal with stress effectively. This is most effective when used during the first couple of weeks upon withdrawal from smoking so your body does not feel deprived.

The goal to quit smoking is a difficult path to take for those who had allowed themselves to be taken over by their addiction. But if you begin taking measures to <noindex>stop smoking</noindex> effectively, you will soon begin to enjoy its rewards.

If you could stop smoking by hypnosis, would it be a dream come true? Most smokers dream of the day they will be able to painlessly overcome their addiction and throw away their cigarettes for good! Can a dream become an actuality? Is there a painless way to quit smoking? If there is an answer to that question, it would have to be hypnosis. Let us examine how to stop smoking by hypnosis and see how it works.

While you are in a hypnotic state you can receive suggestions aimed at decreasing your perception of pain and increase your ability to cope with it. You might also receive suggestions focusing on decreasing your cravings.

If you are open to hypnosis, suggestions such as these can be extremely helpful in your attempt to quit smoking. Cravings to smoke can be overwhelming and most smokers usually give in and light up “just one more” cigarette. Hypnosis can help you deal with withdrawal symptoms. Even though withdrawal is only a short phase, it can be a very uncomfortable phase.

Hypnosis is a trance-like state of mind. Usually it is achieved with the help of a hypnotherapist. When you are hypnotized your attention is more focused, you are deeply relaxed, calm and open to suggestions. It can help you gain control over your behavior. As an ex smoker, I know gaining control is vital. Smokers are usually controlled by their cigarettes and not the other way around.

Most hypnotherapists hold sessions lasting from 30 to 60 minutes. The number of those sessions can range from one to several. You usually bring yourself out of hypnosis at the end of a session and you can resume your everyday duties immediately after a session.

Be very careful when choosing a hypnosis therapist. The practice of hypnosis is not regulated in most states. Ask your potential hypnotherapist about their training and licensing. Find out where they went to school and how long they have been in practice. Getting a recommendation from someone you trust would be very helpful.

Often time’s hypnosis can be used in conjunction with other nicotine replacement therapy aids. These aids can be found in the form of a patch, inhaler, lozenge or sprays. The aids can also lessen your need for nicotine and have been proven effective.

Whatever method you choose, remember in order to quit you must be motivated and determined. Arm yourself with one or more ways to beat your addiction. Quitting the nicotine habit will be the most rewarding fight you have ever won. It’s worth the battle and I know you can win! Do not give up! If you find you cannot stop smoking by hypnosis, then move on to the next method!

They are the ones who are not ready for the challenge. However, if you are one of the committed ones and are ready to meet your nicotine addiction head on, I can give you a few tips on how to avoid the stop smoking weight gain.

The simple fact is smokers who finally succeed in quitting average a weight gain of ten pounds. The reasons for this gain are also simple.

If you are accustomed to having a cigarette in hand and in your mouth, you’re going to try to find a substitute. Also, since you are able to smell and taste better without the cigarettes, food will be your first, handiest, and tastiest resort. In addition, nicotine increases the metabolic rate so when you stop smoking, your metabolic rate goes down. Ending result? The additional ten pounds!

Recognizing the facts about weight gain is the first step. Now let’s look at how to avoid it.

Studies have proven that people who exercise while quitting smoking have a much lower weight gain and are twice as likely to stick with their stop smoking program than those who don’t. After you quit smoking, you will feel better and will probably look forward to adding exercise to your daily routine.

Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fiber. Include whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Keep a food journal.

Keep your mouth busy with hard sugar-free candies or gum. Carrot sticks are a great way to occupy your hands and your mouth.

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. It will help your cravings to smoke as well as boost your metabolism.

Allow time for a food craving to pass just as you would a cigarette craving.

The whole process of quitting smoking is a challenge. Being aware of all the obstacles ahead of you will make the going easier. Follow the steps above and you will be able to quit without the stop smoking weight gain. Stay focused and determined. Recognize the obstacles and prepare yourself to overcome them! You can do! I’m betting on you!

Too addicted to Quit?

Things people would normally never dream of ingesting are pumped into the lungs and bloodstream every time a cigarette is lit. Chemicals like Butane, Carbon Monoxide, DDT (insecticide), Lead, even Polonium-210 (radioactive fallout), just to name a few. You know it’s bad for you, so why is it so hard to quit?

<noindex></noindex>“Nicotine addiction is one of the strongest addictions to overcome”
- Paraphrased from P&T News February/March 1999

Introducing

All-natural, homeopathic, sublingual spray that helps relieve your symptoms as you kick the smoking habit!

DO YOU MEASURE TIME BY WHEN YOU LAST HAD A SMOKE?

An article in “New Scientist” reveals that in addition to altering the body’s dopamine levels, nicotine also causes hormone changes in smokers that alter their perception of time when they try to abstain. In a lab test, researchers studied how smokers and non-smokers estimate elapsed time. Initially, the two groups had similar abilities in time perception, but when tested again after abstaining for a day, most of the smokers estimated much longer time intervals, as much as 50 percent longer!

No wonder you’re irritable when you try to quit!

And that doesn’t even take into account all the other symptoms your body must deal with to break the strong addiction to smoking, and you’ve felt them, which is why it can be very hard to succeed. But you don’t have to go it alone, you can arm yourself against those nagging symptoms today, which may be just the help you need to kick smoking for good.

FINALLY, A SAFE, HOMEOPATHIC SPRAY TO HELP YOU BATTLE SMOKING IS HERE!

Perhaps you’re trying to quit smoking for the first time, or the tenth time. Either way, you need all the help you can get! SMOKE DETER is designed to help relieve the multiple symptoms that plague your body when trying to break the smoking habit, using natural herbs known in homeopathy to help relieve such symptoms as:

THE SMOKE DETER DIFFERENCE

A liquid oral spray, SMOKE DETER is absorbed quickly into the blood vessels under the tongue. Our sublingual application is the preferred method to deliver homeopathic ingredients to combat your symptoms so you can feel better quickly.

SMOKE DETER is designed to relieve multiple symptoms, and can be safely used with no drowsiness or adverse side effects.

Shortness of breath

Stuffy head

Nausea

Cold Sweats

Insomnia

Aches and pains

Irritability and anxiety

Increased appetite

TWO SPRAYS, 3-TIMES a DAY FOR NATURAL RELIEF!*

A HOMEOPATHIC BLEND TO ADDRESS MULTIPLE SYMPTOMS, NOT JUST ONE

Homeopathic doctors have been using the separate ingredients in SMOKE DETER to treat single symptoms for decades, but our experts in homeopathy have chosen a blend of these natural ingredients to help relieve a wider variety of symptoms in one, easy-to-use spray application. Here are a few samples of the symptoms that each ingredient is recognized by authoritative homeopathic texts to help relieve (see Ingredients Page for full listing):

Abies Nigra (Black Spruce): Relieves hard cough, headache and stomach upset

Aconitum Napellus (Monkshood or Wolfsbane): Calms anguish of mind and body, restlessless and dry, croupy cough with tickling sensation, also chest pain with cough

Avena (oates): Creates a soothing action on the nerves

Nux Vomica (Poison Nut): Fights food cravings, and stress-related symptoms

IT’S IMPORTANT TO GET EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, TOO

People who have quit smoking successfully will tell you that getting support from others helps tremendously, and the CDC notes that success rates for quitting increase when evidence-based interventions such as health provider reminder systems, pharmacologic or behavioral cessation therapies, and telephone counseling (quit lines) are employed.

So make sure you take advantage of support groups in your battle to stop smoking, but no matter how you’re trying to quit, SMOKE DETER can help control those difficult symptoms, and our homeopathic formula is safe to use without worrying about drowsiness or other side effects.

GET THE RELIEF YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR TODAY!

You’ll want to have plenty of SMOKE DETER on hand so you can fight those cravings and other smoking cessation symptoms SAFELY and NATURALLY…

Quitting smoking is one of the better decisions you can always act in your life. Once you discontinue smoking, your health starts to pick up instantly. However, you may face sure discontinue smoking side effects for a few days. This is because nicotine is an extremely addictive substance. It affects your brain and stimulates the release of dopamine which gives you pleasure for an inadequate while. When you discontinue smoking, your brain starts craving for its stipulated dose of nicotine. The craving is so acute that you begin experiencing discontinue smoking side effects which are besides termed as nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Some of the most normally reported discontinue smoking side effects incorporate headache, anxiety, anger, nervousness, depression, hack, sensitive throat and ironic mouth.
