<p>Though some people might be able to &#8216;just quit smoking&#8217;, for most of us, a quit smoking plan is necessary. Making this plan will help you figure out what to expect, and how to deal with certain situations that will arise once you start fighting your nicotine addiction. <strong></strong><strong></strong><strong>Electronic Smoking</strong></p>
<p>In order to build your quit smoking plan, you will first need to realize how quitting smoking will affect you. Once you&#8217;ve stopped feeding nicotine to your body, you will start experiencing some withdrawal symptoms: you will feel more agitated, you might find it a bit more difficult to fall asleep, you will probably have dreams about smoking, and so on.</p>
<p>As part of your quit smoking plan, you will need to realize that these things are nothing but withdrawal symptoms. </p>
<p>It is nicotine&#8217;s evil way of trying to make you feel your addiction. Once you are truly aware of this, you will find it a bit easier to fight the addiction.</p>
<p>One step further into your quit smoking plan, you will need to become aware of the fact that you will get cravings. Your body, as it is still addicted to nicotine, will continue to &#8216;ask&#8217; for the drug. At this point, I suggest you are careful and try not to give in. One thing that might keep you motivated is knowing that these cravings will go away. and you have my word on that! Once you&#8217;ve passed a few weeks of not using nicotine, these cravings will be almost completely gone. And don&#8217;t think a few weeks of cravings is a lot, because they will not be present on a constant basis. They will start popping out less and less often, in fact.</p>
<p>The next step in your quit smoking plan is meant to keep you motivated throughout the process: thus, you will need to start realizing the advantages of having quit smoking. Although you may not notice at first, you will start smelling and looking better. People around you, especially those who don&#8217;t see you every day, will be able to tell the difference. You health will start to improve tremendously, starting with the first day you have put out that last cigarette! <strong></strong><strong></strong><strong>Electronic Smoking</strong></p>
<p>Moving further along with your quit smoking plan, you will need to let people know that you&#8217;ve stopped using cigarettes. In my option, there are two good timings when you can do this:</p>
<p><strong>1st option:</strong> spread the news the moment you decide to quit &#8211; this way, people around you will know what you are going through, and they will be a bit more understanding to you being a bit more angry and agitated.</p>
<p><strong>2nd option:</strong> spread the news once you&#8217;re a few weeks into the process. If you decide to do this, be prepared to have it rough the first couple of days. Why? Because, as mentioned in the above steps of your quit smoking plan, you will be a bit more edgy, and people around you won&#8217;t know, so they can&#8217;t be extra understanding. But once you manage to pull this off, without letting people know in advance that you&#8217;ve quit, there&#8217;s a great chance you will feel a lot more confident about yourself. Also, you might consider going down this path if you think your friends and loved ones won&#8217;t be able to encourage you. Depending on what kind of people you hang out with, you might even have a few friends make jokes about you quitting. Deal with these the best way you can; my suggestion would be to play along with their jokes.</p>
<p>The point is, whichever way you decide to go as far as letting people know, you must really develop and stick to your quit smoking plan. This way, you&#8217;ll have a greater chance of succeeding, knowing what&#8217;s coming and how to deal with it. <strong></strong><strong></strong><strong>Electronic Smoking</strong></p>
